(More customer reviews)this is the most expensive knife set i ever purchased so i wasnt too sure what to expect.while the knives do work; maybe i'm using the wrong ones to cut the wrong things.slicing a green pepper the other night turned out to be a real pain because the knife wasnt cutting through the back skin of the pepper.again, it is probaby just my lack of expertise, but i was suprised that these where not nearly as sharp as some of my cheap knives.For the price i paid for this set (a retail value of $130, i got at amazon xmas sale for $29.99) i'm not going to complain too loudly.I'm just glad i didnt shell out the whole $130 for them.
